Free Delivery Across Pakistan

Organic Aura offers free standard delivery on all orders across Pakistan. There is no minimum order value. Free delivery applies to individual products and bundles.

Cash on Delivery and Order Confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

Our team may contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order and delivery address. Please provide a valid mobile number and complete delivery address.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard locations: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Remote locations: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared by SMS or WhatsApp.

If your parcel is delayed beyond 7 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number.
